[cairo] Git repository for direct GL work

Since I now have a relatively large set of changes of fixes, I created a public repository to make it easier to access them. It's a fork of the cairo.git on repo.or.cs, http://repo.or.cz/w/cairo/direct-gl.git.

I'd like to make sure that I'm following due process wrt. testing and sharing. Anybody willing to guide me?
