[cairo] Snow Leopard Installation

Actually, I suppose you do since I assume you got through the
pkg-config step.  I imagine it has to do with fat-binaries.  Is this
just running on your computer?  if so, then just don't set those
environmental variables and build the native binaries for your
architecture.
