[cairo] Plans for release of 1.10.2

Hi

Joonas probably has mentioned it already, but I raised bug #31717 which 
is already fixed, awaiting release in 1.10.2.

If possible I would like that fix included (I'm just getting nervous 
with the imminent release!)
