Eric,

You can submit patches to the author, Olivier Andrieu.  His email
address can be found in the commit messages in the cairo-ocaml git
repository here:

http://cgit.freedesktop.org/cairo-ocaml/

I think that I have commit access to the repository as well.  I am
willing to look at patches as well if Olivier is busy.
