[cairo] [1.10.0] Win32 redrawing issues (regression?)

Hey Tim, thanks for replying!
Yes, this does look like the exact same issue, so I'm happy that it's
not just me!
What I'm not happy about is that no solution has been found to this
day - so I'm going to look into it some more. Maybe I can find out
what caused this to break between versions and/or come up with a
patch.
Every further piece of input will be greatly appreciated!
