[cairo] building py2cairo on win using vs2005 or mingw32

Hi,

I tried building py2cairo 1.8.10 on winxp/vs20005 & mingw32/python2.6.5, but not 
able do it successfully. Don't have much of c/c++ knowledge. Are there any 
instructions to follow?
