[cairo] Tagging new API

IIRC cairo_surface_create_similar() is older than 1.12
In fact, it's untagged here:
http://www.cairographics.org/manual/cairo-cairo-surface-t.html#cairo-surface-create-similar
which makes me think it's even older than 1.10

It would be nice to have a Since tag for every public
API function/data structure/etc.
Is somebody able (and willing) to come up with a clever
regex that points out such missing data?
