Hi, after configuring with --disable-script the build breaks in
cairo-surface-observer.c

In file included from cairo-script-private.h:41:0,
                  from cairo-surface-observer.c:47:
cairo-script.h:86:3: error: #error Cairo was not compiled with support
for the CairoScript backend
...
cairo-surface-observer.c:1626:5: error: implicit declaration of function
'cairo_script_surface_create'
cairo-surface-observer.c:1626:5: warning: nested extern declaration of
'cairo_script_surface_create'
cairo-surface-observer.c:1626:13: warning: assignment makes pointer from
integer without a cast
cairo-surface-observer.c: In function 'cairo_device_observer_print':
cairo-surface-observer.c:1811:34: warning: ignoring return value of
'_cairo_output_stream_destroy', declared with attribute warn_unused_result
cairo-surface-observer.c: In function 'cairo_surface_observer_print':
cairo-surface-observer.c:1790:34: warning: ignoring return value of
'_cairo_output_stream_destroy', declared with attribute warn_unused_result

Also OS/2 needs to include sys/time.h to get struct timespec etc. I'm
not sure where the best place to include it is.
Dave
