[cairo] pycairo: [PATCH] ImageSurface data

As a pycairo user, I'd love to see this patch reviewed and included (I 
had a similar proposal a few weeks back that was not replied to).  This 
is the one thing that keeps matplotlib off of Gtk+3 under Python3.
