[cairo] wiki updates

Hi,

I have cleaned up the git history of the cairo-www repository to
remove the traces of the spam/reversal ping-pong in September.

Due to this, and due to a previously uncommitted local change
in the checkout from which the wiki is generated, the local
checkout and the working tree are not currently in sync with
the master branch in the main repo. To enable proper wiki
editing via git (not via the web) again, it would be nice if
someone with appropriate rights could run
        git reset --hard origin/master
in the local checkout on cairographics.org.

Anybody planning to update the wiki via git may want to do
the same in their local repos before committing new stuff,
to avoid bringing the discarded history back.
