Previously the fixed function shaders were only used to compare to
shader implementations for the lulz. Nobody is using fixed function for
anything serious.

In fact, nobody is using cairo-gl for anything.

So I'd like to restate my earlier comment: Please remove everything but
one implementation and make that one actually work. We can add
portability later. Heck, it worked for Linus...
