[cairo] Cairo and multithreading environment.

Hi,

I use www.harbour-project.org, which has included cairo. 

Cairo works well in an sigle thread environment, but I have problems in
multi-threaded (TLS).

It was the same at OCI.LIB (akces to Oracle db), but it helped correct
initialization OCI.LIB.

Is it required a special way to start CAIRO LIB to work in an
multithread environment ?
