[cairo] Recording surface and cairo_scale

Hi,

When I use cairo_set_source_surface to play back from a recording surface to a win32 surface which has been scaled with cairo_scale, the result looks like a scaled bitmap, i.e. it is blurry at scales greater than 1. This affects both text and other content. Am I doing something wrong, is this the expected behavior, or is it a bug (tested with 1.10.2 and 1.11.2)?
