[cairo] Updating cairo Perl bindings (Cairo-1.061)

Yeah, lately the Perl bindings have been very... stable.  But patches 
welcome, of course!  You can send them to this list, to the gtk-perl 
list[1], to Bugzilla[2] or directly to me.
