[cairo] Question about gstate transitions and scaled fonts

After sending this note, I almost immediately realized this is only an
issue if you don't use cairo_set_scaled_font. Many clients, including
WebKit use cairo_set_scaled_font directly, so my previous observation
probably isn't a large problem at all. Sorry for the noise. :)
