[cairo] Trouble trying to run single test from test suite...

I run the following command:

CAIRO_TESTS=aliasing make TARGETS=image clean test

and end up with the following.

Is there a more up-to-date documentation (other than having to read the makefiles) on the DOs and DONTs of the test suite?
