[cairo] Quartz regression in release 1.12

To be honest, I don't know how to download a branch source code. The
link you provided shows commit messages and specific sources and diff-s
as html pages, but does not seem to contain a way to download source
code in bulk.

If you could point me in the right direction - I'd be glad to download
branch source code.

A patch from 1.12 would also help, although we already use a patch on
1.12 (for "source" operator extents, committed on March 29th), so there
is always a possibility these will clash.
