[cairo] [PATCH v2] New glyph API in pixman

Here is a new version of the patch to use the new glyph API in pixman.

The main change in this version is that instead of using the mask
format of the first glyph, it now calls pixman_glyph_get_mask_format()
to determine which format to use. Together with the latest version of
the pixman API, which adds glyphs like this:

    (white IN glyph) ADD mask,

this allows mixed-format glyph set.
