[cairo] My (unsuccessful) fight with compiling 1.12.0 on OSX 10.7

I produce executables working back to 10.5, universal (i386/x86_64, no ppc)

Mine are 16 days old, and the git stamp is written at the end of each 
.dylib (I concat it there to know what I submitted).

Also each module finds each other, as they use @loader_path
