[cairo] [PATCH] win32: Avoid redefining ssize_t

Hello,

I found that I'm using another alternative which looks like:

#if defined(__MINGW32__) || defined(__MINGW64__)
# include <sys/types.h>
#endif // __MINGW32__ || __MINGW64__

Don't know which is better.
