[cairo] Pango, Cairo, pycairo: OpenType features not working

I've 1.30.00 in my server and that doesn't work either. I'll update to the latest version there and in the Debian machine.

I wonder why is in fact 'calt' working in Mac OSX with Pango 1.28.3 and not in any other?
