[cairo] cairo_surface_finish() docs missing some words?

Hi,

The docs read:

> After calling cairo_surface_finish() the only valid operations on a
> surface are getting and setting user, referencing and destroying, and
> flushing and finishing it.

I’m not sure what "getting and setting user," means. Should it be "user 
data"? Does it also apply to MIME data? (Which I guess were added after 
this was written.)
