[cairo] Problem to download packages

I use GNUIcet in one of my OSs and Abrowser in the other. My internet
coneccion is of 512 KB/s. However I don't have problem to download, for
example, CD images over 600 MB. Using wget in a shell I get (this is in
spanish, sorry):
