[cairo] cairo configuration options (--with-skia-build)

Hi cairo graphics members,

I have a question about a cairo configure option.

I found that there is an option '--with-skia-build'
there is a brief description about it, "build of skia to link with, default
is Release'

Any one gives me more explanation about this option?

Can I run skia App on cairo graphics library if we use '-with-skia-build'
configuration?

or,

 Can I use skia API together with cairo API in cairo application if we use
'--with-skia-build' configuration?
