[cairo] Fwd: [ft-announce] FreeType now supports color emojis

Hi all,

As part of the color font support in FreeType, I also hacked cairo to route
all glyphs through the image-surface glyph compositor and hooked up color
glyphs there:

Is anyone with better knowledge of current cairo compositors willing to finish
this work?
