[cairo] [PATCH 3/3] README : Update README file related to usage of FORMAT make variable

Hi,

Both this and the earlier patch ("[PATCH 2/3] test: improve selective execution of Cairo tests based on FORMAT option") are extensions to patch for adding support of FORMAT option for Cairo tests.
Please help me in reviewing these patches.
