[cairo] Is there an updated API reference available?

Not sure how the website gets updated, but that should contain the
latest from git.  If it doesn't, then safest bet would be to build the
API docs locally from git via ./configure --enable-gtk-doc

There is a check-doc-coverage.sh script which sounds like it can tell
you how up to date the documentation is compared with the current code.
