As I understand it, the patch in question that needs pulled is:

    https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=106845

I usually don't tinker with fonts nor osx, but if the patch just needs
landed and everyone's cool with it, I can do so.  Could you provide a
sentence or two problem statement for the changelog entry?
