[cairo] A new charting library

I am writing a C charting library with cairo as it's only dependency (pango
optional to replace the toy text API) and I'll probably write a Gtk widget
afterwards. The library is already usable and I try to keep the API as
familiar as possible to cairo users. I would appreciate if a citation to it
is included in the "projects that use cairo" section in the bottom of the
examples page in cairo's site.
