[cairo] Problem with cairo_win32_surface_create

I'm using cairo_win32_surface_create to paint into an bitmap (using
Lazarus/Pascal-code).

Everything looks good when using cairo 1.10 libs. When changing to 1.12
or 1.14 DLL nothing is drawn,  does return nil.

My DLLS are from Fedora Rawhide distribution.

Any Idea how to fix that?
