[cairo] How to get Cairo to do a clickable URL in the end document

Hi,I have a URL, www.google.com, that I want to be in my output pdf.  Does anyone know what cairo command will do a clickable URL? I'm not seeing anything in a search for URL in the index of cairographics functions.
