[cairo] building on OSX El Capitan 10.11.1 beta?

Hello colleagues,

two small things:
1) Does the test suit contain a regression test for text_path?
2) Are there known build problems on OSX 10.11.1?

I'm asking, because over here at the adaptation of julia language to
libcairo https://github.com/JuliaLang/Cairo.jl/issues/122

some (recent) problem in building libcairo and using showed up.
