Can't speak for others but with my Cairo time being a bit scarcer this
year, my eye has been limited mainly to this mailing list; I may look at
the bug tracker once every couple months. So if you have urgent patches
post them here (`git send-patch` is the best way to do this.)
Also btw we now have Patchwork for Cairo, so patches sent here to this
list will also show up there:

It's an empty list right now. I've asked to have historical mailing
list data fed in, but admin time is pretty short so I'm guessing it's
unlikely to happen. Fortunately I think I've been pretty diligent at
scooping up mailing list patches for the past year or two; if you know
of anything still outstanding for Cairo that ought to go in, please drop
me note.
