[cairo] How to build with Qt5 support?

Hello,

I'm trying to compile Cairo with Qt5. I have both Qt4 and Qt5 on my system,
and when I try using the --enable-qt flag with autogen.sh it ends up using
Qt4 instead. I figure I can probably do a sed and replace s/qt4/qt5/g after
the autogen.sh, but of course this doesn't seem like the right way to
approach this.

Any thoughts?
