[cairo] Strange bug (?) when painting/cropping recording surface to PDF surface

Hi,

The patch is not in the current Cairo code, it has to applied to Cairo 
to make your program work. Without the patch, some paths are missing. 
When I apply the patch, the paths are drawn correctly.
