[cairo] openvg still used ?

I don't know much about OpenVG but you're right it doesn't appear to
have really caught on generally; I'm not spotting any users of the Cairo
OpenVG backend either.  I wouldn't mind seeing us drop it and give more
focus to OpenGLES...  Does it even still work?  I suppose if it is still
working then we might be circumspect about removing it until we're more
certain that no one uses it.

The Skia backend is another we could consider removing.  A student and I
fixed it up some years ago, but Skia's API/ABI isn't stable so that
backend would require constant maintenance to keep up, and would have to
specify a snapshot of Skia that it works with.  Since the API
instability more or less guarantees it's going to be broken for all
users I have to guess it's entirely unused by anyone.
