[cairo] cairo ppa with gl enabled.

Hi,   I've made a PPA for cairo with --enable-gl for anyone that wants to try this out on Ubuntu wily.
It's probably advisable to use it in a VM.  Having said that I am using it in my main Ubuntu (because: dogfooding). I'm new to packaging, and PPAs, so if anything is wrong, let me know .
So far I've ran the cairo-gl-smoketests successfully in it, next stage is to experiment with the cairo-gl-sdl2 project.
