[cairo] hold last frame x11

Hi All.
I a graphics app with cairo using framebuffer. Now i want export to X11 but
don't work fine and i see a black screen.
i test the next example: i draw a text, sleep 5s and  close the app but the
text is not displayed until moments before closing the application.
