[cairo] Emitted images are not shown on SVG surfaces

Hello Cairo Team.

During my work with the cairo library I have faced the following issue:
If the same image is emitted into a few successive SVG surfaces then the image may be not shown on some of the SVG surfaces.

A code sample to reproduce the issue and a possible fix is placed into the attached file: missingimg.zip

Could you please take a look at this issue and say your opinion ?
