[cairo] Pie Chart 3d

Some more experimental 3d drawings with cairo. A pie chart3d. There is a transparent animated rotating exploding pie chart clock there also.

The 3d font works a little better now. Some blur and shadows in there as well.

The 3d stuff with cairo works pretty good. Output to svg and pdf looks great.
