[cairo] Uninitialized Values

Hi Paul,

I have cairo version 1.14.6 in system and cairo version 1.15.10 built with debug symbols that I can test against. I haven't built pixman with debug symbols.

Both cairo versions have the same valgrind errors popping up. Need to do a bit more work to try to figure it out. Maybe it is something that has already been fixed. I am a little slow getting to Ubuntu18.04.
