[cairo] 3d Drawings

Hi Cairo List,

I put together a basic .c .h and main file to test out the 3d drawings. It outputs the drawings to png files for viewing. There are also pictures on gitlab of the individual drawings it outputs. All the drawings and a few more are animated in the .../cairo_drawings/spring2.c file using GTK+.

A lot of room for improvement but being able to draw 3d in cairo has the advantage of many different surfaces to draw on along with drawing text and print output. 

Recently moved over to gitlab but the repo layout is the same as before.
