[cairo] 3d rotated glyph

Some progress on the 3d rotating glyph. It is still rough but starting to work. Trouble with rotating pixels with the yaw. Not sure how to go about this. I looked in Pixman but I don't have it figured out yet. Any help is appreciated. Still looking through the Cairo dependencies and Cairo to see how things are done.

This is using Freetype to get the glyph so it is probably only going to work on Linux unless the Freetype library and GTK+ is installed. 

Is there a better way to do this?
