[cairo] Manipulating PDF pages

Hi,

A question concerning PDF surfaces.

In the docs I see methods for cairo_surface_show_page and
cairo_surface_copy_page. cairo_surface_show_page emits the current page
contents and clears it, preparing for a new page to be filled.

Is it possible to create a new page at a specific position in the PDF? In
particular, sometimes I need to prepend pages instead of appending.
