[cairo] Missing subprojects in Cairo Release 1.17.4

Hi,
Today, I though of compiling Cairo for my personal use.
Found it was using Meson, but the `subprojects` was missing in the source
archives at https://www.cairographics.org/snapshots/cairo-1.17.4.tar.xz
The same was found in Gitlab though,
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/cairo/cairo/-/tree/master/sub…

Those, seem important to me at least, they help in compiling missing dependencies if any.
And I think all other meson project also include that right?
