[cairo] Is 1.17.4 the latest stable release?

Hi,  Cairo team,

I am a little confused if 1.17.4 is the latest stable release.


See from following link, it seems 1.17.4 is latest release.

but from https://cairographics.org/snapshots/, it says .

"For stable releases of cairo, please see:

http://cairographics.org/release <http://cairographics.org/releases>

The snapshots here are made available for people who want to
participate in testing of cairo before new releases."

and the latest is 1.16.0 under link http://cairographics.org/release 
<http://cairographics.org/releases>.
