[cairo] Upgrade from Cairo version 1.16

Hello,

Wanted to ask, currently we are using Cairo 1.16.0, and we wish to upgrade/update the version.
I checked here https://cairographics.org/releases/

And I do not see a newer version, but I do see `rcairo` is this the same tool but with a different name? or `cairomm` ?

Please advise to which version I can update/upgrade Cairo.
