[cairo] Cario versioning question

Hello,

I’m using cairo-1.16.0.tar and wanted to know if there a newer version?
I checked here and it seems that 1.16.0 is indeed the latest one.

Also, is cairo 1.16.0 is compatible with pdf2htmlEX-0.15.0 ?
