[cairo] GLFW-Cairo

Hi,

There is very little information on GLFW-Cairo
I decided to do some examples, by the way it's a very open way of programming.
this provides the ability to design simple GUIs for small applications
(this is my direction of this connection) but the rendering speed is average.

I welcome any comments on this subject, all comments are valuable.
