Massive props to everyone involved in the administrative side of all
this for pushing through and putting something together.

Good call. The following issues only reproduce when using these backends
and can likely be closed without issue:

#316 - tagged as being BeOS specific
#64  - tagged as being DirectFB specific
#221 - tagged as being DirectFB specific
#56  - compilation errors when using autotools build on DRM
#69  - build error when using OpenVG backend

Excellent. DirectWrite support in particular is a big win.
